Please post any questions about your site in the help desk instead of emailing us. Christy and Kim receive all emails for any tickets submitted to the help desk, therefore your response will be faster, due to one of us not being able to be reached. You must register to post any tickets.

If you need to change your address, email address, etc. To verify your identity, you will need to know your zip code and website name we have on file. This is the clients responsibility, so please update as soon as you know your new information.

| Submit Your Hosting/Domain Renewal Payments |
All payments are processed through Paypal, you do not need to have a paypal account to make your payments. Payments for domain renewals are due with 24 hours or your site will be suspended. Payments for hosting are due with the terms of your hosting agreement.
Domain Renewals - $18 Per Year
Hosting - Quarterly - $60 — Yearly- $180

| Recommended Free Program Downloads |
We are often asked what programs we recommend clients to use for ftp, image resizing etc. Here we have made a list which we think will help you with your website. We do not offer any support with these programs, nor are they required. Most are free programs.
 Image Resizer
— This will make it easier to re-size your images for your website.
If the images are re-sized before upload, they will present themselves much cleaner and more crisp.
FTP Program
— This is useful if you have ftp access to your website and you need a free ftp program. Be sure to download the version for your operating system.
HTML Program
— This is not necessary, but may be helpful if you want to paste source code in your pages/products instead of using the HTML editors provided. |
