We primarily provide hosting services for our website design customers.
At this time, we are not offering hosting outside our client base.
Terms:
Payments are dues within 7 your invoice.
If payment is not received with in 10 calendar days, you will be billed a $15 late fee.
If after 20 days of non-payment your site will be removed from our server.
($50 re-instatement fee will be charged to re-activate the account.)
If you are on a manually submitted quarterly plan and would like to switch to the yearly plan, you may do so by enrolling in the payment plan program. You are required to be on that plan for 1 year from the date of your signup or will will increase your hosting rate and send you a bill for the previous months hosting difference.
If you have opted for the Yearly Payment plan, you will receive a PayPal invoice from us when your hosting is due. You can ignore the hosting announcements in the manager, since they will not apply to your type of account.
If you think you may have opted for the PayPal Payment Plan Option and perhaps you can not remember signing up for that service, please contact us prior to making a payment.

| Hosting Policies |
Our Quarterly Billing is billed on January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th.
We now send PayPal invoices and post a hosting announcement in your site manager when hosting is due and payment is expected to be received online through the payment link or through the Black Crow Designs website.

| Canceling Service |

We would be very sad to see you leave our happy family, but if you decide to close your account, you most notify us 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. If that is not done, you will be billed for your entire billing cycle and you will be required to pay that invoice. If it is not paid, it will be turned over to a collection agency for further action. |
